A disciplined income strategy built for consistent returns, with tactical enhancements when conditions allow.
A segregated portfolio of a British Virgin Islands company, regulated as an Approved Fund by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission. Designed for qualified investors seeking institutional-grade access to Asian income markets.
Sidus Capital is built on a single conviction: that durable returns come from a foundation of recurring, tangible income. Every additional source of return must earn its place by adding risk-adjusted value, never by virtue of conviction alone.
The compounding mechanism is straightforward. REIT dividends and systematic options premium form the income floor. Reinvestment is the engine. Patience is the edge. None of these is a trade; they are a framework, applied through cycles and refined over more than a decade of personal application.
The strategy is, first and last, an income strategy. A Singapore-anchored REIT portfolio and a systematic options overlay form the core. Leverage is conditional, not default. A small ring-fenced sleeve provides optional asymmetric exposure to high-conviction growth and tactical macro positions. It complements the income foundation rather than competing with it. The fund adapts its posture to the macro environment at all times, including disciplined sector rotation when rate, currency, or commodity regimes shift materially.
We have modelled the strategy against historical bear cases. The framework is built to survive them. The aim is not to claim immunity but to be prepared. The income floor, the conditional leverage logic, and the ring-fenced growth sleeve each contribute to a portfolio designed to compound through adverse environments, not despite them.
The founders are personally invested in the fund alongside outside investors, on identical terms. Same risk, same upside, same downside.
We are selective about who we accept into the fund. We seek long-term partners, not short-term capital, and we look for investors whose horizon and conviction match the strategy. The fund is built to compound; that requires capital that can compound with it.
Sidus Capital launches as a segregated portfolio of a British Virgin Islands Segregated Portfolio Company, registered as an Approved Fund with the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.
